Hi everyone I am Manisha my trouble started when I left my home for my teaching job. Managing time between my job and food became extreamly difficult , having food which is pocket friendly and filling at same time is not a piece of cake. You can not have something which make you sleep you will need energy throughout the day . So this is why decided to eat something healthy that keeps me energetic throughout the day.
It was not easy as it sound from having a habit to start my day with hot chocolate , but what I noticed was if ate something sweet in the morning I started to feel grumpy by mid morning. When I look for alternatives then I found this recipe I thought to modify as I want to have .
Ingredients:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup milk (or a plant-based alternative like almond, oat, or coconut milk)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
